Keep orders moving.

We build systems you own for wholesale orders, stock and retailer growth, so the team spends less time re-entering orders and chasing documents.

Built for production use.How it starts

Built for

  • Déhanche
  • The Sport Shirt

When a delivery date moves, the system flags every affected order and prepares the buyer updates.

The work we take on
Orders and seasonal changes
Shipping documents and invoices
Stock, payments and seasonal plans
Reorders and new stockists
Selected client work
GranolaReducto

Buyer changes arrive with the documents already updated.

The system reads the buyer’s request, checks the order and prepares the revised documents. Your wholesale lead approves the update without retyping anything.

Your team still makes pricing and retailer decisions.

Order change checked. Documents ready. Received: The buyer removes two styles from a confirmed order. Completed: Quantities checked. Packing list and invoice revised together. Needs you: One price exception is flagged for your wholesale lead.

Prepared for your team to review.

Buyer order changes, checked and ready to approve

Changes arrive checked and prepared, with the packing list and invoice already matching. The wholesale lead approves each one, and stockists due a reorder are flagged before they ask.

Buyer order changes
Ready to approve
Packing list and invoice updated together
Stockist reorders
Flagged early
Prepared from sell-through, for your team to send

Dates and exceptions carry over between seasons.

Retailer commitments from the last collection are on record when the next one opens.

Orders and seasonal changes

Each change is matched to its order and season and checked before the update is prepared.

Shipping documents and invoices

Packing lists and invoices are regenerated whenever the order or shipment changes.

Stock, payments and seasonal plans

Ask what is ready to ship or still unpaid, and get the answer from live data.

Reorders and new stockists

Reorders and new stockists are prepared from sell-through and buying calendars for your team to send.

Where it starts

Start with one real order.

Start with a free 20-minute call. If there is a fit, we arrange a free 90-minute working session with you and your wholesale lead.

We trace a recent order from request to invoice, then send a one-page summary and three practical fixes within one working day.

Before we start

What does it cost?

We agree the implementation scope, fee and milestones before starting. Optional ongoing service is priced separately, according to the work, volume and support it covers.

Do we have to take the ongoing service?

No. You can commission the implementation with documentation and a handover, then run it with your own team or another provider. If you choose our ongoing service, we agree its scope, fee and start date separately.

Will we have to replace our tools or team?

We keep useful tools and replace the brittle connections between them, including Zapier or Make workflows that have become hard to trust. We migrate in stages while your team keeps the retailer relationships and commercial decisions.

Who owns the system?

You own your data, client-specific code, configuration and documentation. The repository, database and services run in accounts you control. You can develop the system with us or another team. Shared components and third-party licences are documented separately.

How do you keep up as our plans change?

With the ongoing service, bring changed delivery dates or retailer requests to the shared Slack channel. We trace the affected work, make agreed changes and retain the decisions for future seasons. Monitoring, maintenance and improvements follow the agreed scope.

How soon will we see working software?

Programmes may run over 30, 60 or 90 days, with useful systems introduced along the way. We agree the first live milestone after reviewing the scope, access and data.
